My session fee is $140 for a 55-minute appointment. Session fees are due at the time of service and can be paid by cash, check, or credit card through Ivy Pay.

A limited number of sliding-scale fees are available on a case-by-case basis for individuals who are experiencing financial difficulties. If you are interested in sliding scale, please inform me when you schedule an appointment.

Private Pay

Private pay, meaning paying out of pocket without insurance, comes with several benefits, including the following:

• You decide the length and type of counseling that best suits your needs and concerns.

• Confidentiality remains between you and your counselor, not a third party insurance provider.

• No mental health diagnosis is shared with an insurance company or becomes part of your permanent medical record.

Insurance

I am currently in-network with Aetna, Oscar, Optum, and UnitedHealthcare through Headway. For out-of-network policies, I can provide a superbill if your insurance provider offers reimbursement for out-of-network expenses.

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, you can do so by email, phone, or text with 24 hours advance notice at no charge. Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee.
